Histom® Vision Positioning and Alignment Inspection is the application of computer vision technology to capture images of objects using high-resolution cameras, followed by image processing and analysis, to accurately determine the spatial position, orientation (pose), and alignment of the target object relative to a reference position or frame.

Image Acquisition Industrial cameras capture real-time images of the target object. The images obtained are two-dimensional, but by using multi-angle imaging and algorithms, three-dimensional information can be inferred.
     Feature Extraction and MatchingAlgorithms such as edge detection, corner detection, and template matching are used to extract unique features of the object (such as edges, corners, textures, etc.) and compare them to a pre-established model, thereby determining the relative position of the object.

Pose Estimation and Alignment Analysis Based on the matching results, the system can estimate the spatial position and pose (including rotation, tilt, etc.) of the object to ensure correct alignment during the production process. Common pose estimation methods include monocular or stereo vision algorithms based on calibration boards, and 3D reconstruction using the beam triangulation principle.

Error Feedback and AdjustmentThrough real-time monitoring and feedback control, the system can identify positional deviations of the object and promptly adjust equipment or production processes to ensure precise alignment, reducing the need for manual intervention.
