Spray Performance & Volume Control
The volume detection system uses laser triangulation sensors and high-speed cameras to measure the exact volume dispensed by the sprayer. Visual sensors combined with digital pressure gauges can assess the consistency of spray pressure, ensuring that each spray is at the correct force. The vision system tracks the spray duration with time-lapse photography to verify that the spray release time is within the acceptable threshold.
